Delivery &  Returns

At ORANGA, we strive to provide our customers with a seamless and satisfying shopping experience. This Delivery and Returns Policy outlines the terms and conditions for the delivery and return of our products, including supplements, gut health tests, DNA tests, and functional health tests.

 

Delivery

1. Free Delivery: We offer free delivery on all orders over £40. Orders under £40 will incur a flat rate shipping fee of £3.50.

2. Delivery Timeframe: Orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Estimated delivery within the UK is 3-5 working days.

3. Delivery Address: Customers must ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete. ORANGA is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.

 

Returns

1. Returns Window: Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unopened, in original packaging, and in a resalable condition.

2. Return Procedure: Contact returns@oranga.co.uk within the returns window to request a returns form and instructions.

3. Refunds: Issued in the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

4. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or damaged, in which case ORANGA will cover the return shipping cost.

5. Health Tests: Health tests are non-refundable unless the test kit is faulty or damaged.

 

Returning Test Samples

1. Prepaid Return Shipping: All DNA and Health Tests includes return shipping for test samples within the mainland UK as part of the laboratory testing fee. If you choose to use a different shipping service for DNA Tests, Health Tests, and Gut Health Tests, ORANGA will not provide a discount or partial refund.

2. Resending Samples: If your sample is rejected for DNA Tests, Health Tests, and Gut Health Tests, ORANGA will send a replacement test collection kit along with new return shipping documentation. A resend fee will apply to cover the cost of the new test kit, postage, and return shipping.

 

Faulty or Damaged Products

1. Notification: Report faulty or damaged products within 7 days of receipt.

2. Replacement or Refund: ORANGA will either replace the product free of charge or issue a full refund.

 

Cancellations

1. Cancellation Window: Customers may cancel their order within 14 days of receipt, provided the product has not been opened or used.

2. Cancellation for Cancer Nutrition Services: If a Cancer Nutrition Service appointment is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled time, the cost and postage of the Adrenal Stress Test will be deducted from the refund.

3. Cancellation Procedure: Contact enquiries@oranga.co.uk within the cancellation window.

 

Exceptions

1. Perishable Products: Opened or used supplements cannot be returned.

2. Personalised Products: DNA and health tests cannot be returned once processing has started.

 

Governing Law & Changes to Policy

1. This Delivery and Returns Policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

2. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration.

3. ORANGA reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without notice.
