Take one capsule daily on an empty stomach, 20 minutes to half an hour before a meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional. As fat inhibits the absorption of beta-sitosterol, capsules should be taken with juice or water and not milk or drinks containing fat.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat

Not suitable for use during planned pregnancy, pregnancy or breast-feeding
